Returns & Refunds policy

Please consider that most L`ieva pieces are handmade to order when you make a purchase, please don't forget to read description of your product and allow some time for crafting and production.

We do not accept returns of jewelry due to incorrect sizing. If you are at all unsure of your ring size, please visit a local jewelry store to be properly sized.

Only faulty products will be refunded. If you received a faulty product you can contact us for return and for a full refund. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Refunds for returned faulty products will be made as soon as possible, within 10 business days, after we received the returned products.

We are not responsible for parcels once they are shipped from our facilities. We do not cover the customs fees for international orders, please make sure to check your own country's policies and fees before purchase. Please make sure you have input the correct address, as we will not offer refunds or replacements for delivered items. If you need to make an address change please email: laskeviciute.ieva@gmail.com

Thank you so much for shopping small and adhering to our policies, we appreciate you. If you are unhappy with your product please reach out to us via email or the contact page so we can fix it for you, we appreciate every single one of our customers and want to make sure they are satisfied.

If there are any problems with your pieces, or if they break due to production misstep, we will repair them for free. Just reach out to laskeviciute.ieva@gmail.com and we will get it fixed for you. Depending on the issue, we might ask you to send photos of your piece and explain exact issues. If the piece has been damaged on purpose or by the customers fault - this won't be covered by the warranty. If accidents happen due to customer error, we will repair them. in this case the shipment must be paid by the customer.

We do not fix and make any corrections for the jewelry made by the third parties / brands.
